Memorial Mass Of Christian Burial for Sarah Alma Payne, 73, of Guthrie, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2001 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Guthrie with Rev. Denis G. Hanrahan officiating. Burial will be in Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie, under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Guthrie.

Sarah was born Aug. 23, 1921 in Oak Park, Ill., to Arno and Sally Ann (Feeley) Utescher. She died Friday, March 2, 2001 at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City.

Sarah had lived in Guthrie since 1961, moving here from Chicago, Ill. She was a cook for Golden Age Nursing Home and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
