Fred E. Revis, 67, retired carpenter, died early Wednesday at his home, 1401 E. Vilas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Helen Carman will read the services and burial will be in Summit View Cemetery.

Revis, a resident of Oklahoma for 66 years, was a Master Mason and a member of the Albert Pike Lodge 162, and a member of the Christian Science Church.

Survivors are his wife of the home, three sons, Leo and Jim, both of Guthrie, and Fred Jr., Biverton, Wyo., and a daughter, Mrs. Marie Thomas of Guthrie, and 9 grandchildren.
