Ruby L. Ray, 76, of Columbus, Kan., the step-sister of Arlene Hicks, of Coyle, and aunt of Imogene Smith of Guthrie, passed away Dec. 10, 1999 in a Joplin, Mo. hospital. Graveside services were held Dec. 13, 1999, in Park Cemetery in Columbus, Kan. under the direction of Murdock Funeral Home. Rev. Dennis Johnson officiated. Ruby was born April 10, 1923 in Dover County, Ark. to Ollie Lovelady and Roy LaRue. She formerly lived in Logan County with her family.
