Helen Florice Steele, age 54, of Oklahoma City died August 30, 2003 at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born April 23, 1949 the daughter of Matthew and Ethel Dumas. She was a 1969 graduate of Guthrie High School. She resided in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and was employed at Integris Baptist Hospital. She was a hard worker and was loved by her family, coworkers and friends. She touched many people with her friendly smile and zest for life.
She is survived by one daughter Angela Sampson and husband Matthew of Germany. Two sons, Richard Dumas and Dale Collins, of Oklahoma City. Five brothers, Billy, Arcadia, Oklahoma, Robert of Oklahoma City, Harold, Meridian, OK, Tommy and Jack, Guthrie, Oklahoma. Three sisters, Hazel Wilson and Linda Dumas of OKC, and Brenda Harris of Guthrie, OK and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 6, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Temple and Sons Funeral Home, 2801 N. Kelly Ave., Oklahoma City, OK.
