Many long time friends mourn the death of Mrs. Thomas Tarrants who died Monday evening at the family home 316 East Villa.
The deceased had been an invalid and a patient sufferer for years but became quite ill several weeks ago and was unable to rally the end coming quietly and peacefully as she went to sleep. She leaves a husband and two sons, Gilbert and Luther, the former is a resident of Guthrie and the latter lives in Moline, Illinois where he is reported to be very ill.
The deceased was a woman of sterling character and loveable disposition and the bereaved family has the sympathy of the entire community period.
