C. M. Webster, 80 years old, well known Logan county farmer, who has lived on a farm south of the city for many year, passed away today at the Methodist hospital, the result of injuries received December 30th last, in a runaway accident.
The funeral services will be conduced by the local G. A. R. post of which he was an honored member, tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Rhodes Undertaking parlors.
Mr. Webster came to Guthrie in 1898 and has lived here every since. He was a bachelor. Remains will be shipped to his old home in Ft. Doge, Iowa, Friday night.

Charles Mason Webster departed this life January 11, 1917, burial services were held at Rhodes Parlors. The Rev. A. B. Nicholas and a delegation of old soldiers and ladies conducted the service. He was 80 years of age, and had been a western plainsman. He enlisted in a Colorado regiment of infantry, and was afterwards transferred to the cavalry and served three years without a furlough. He was much loved by his friends.
