Karl Wittig was born in Guthrie, April 22, 1897. Departed this life August 21, 1915, being 18 years and 4 months old.

Karl was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Guthrie, also a faithful attendant at Sunday school. He was a faithful boy and one that could always be depended upon. He leaves a mother, one sister and two brothers to mourn his death. His father departed this life just four months previous to Karl's death.
