1921 Class Meets Wednesday at Helton's For Dinner Party

Celebrating their 50th anniversary, members of the 1921 class of Guthrie High School met Wednesday evening in the Helton Party Home for a dinner party.

An autumn arrangement of orange flowers centered the main table, Bouquets of white Fugli mums were used on the side tables.

Otis Wile, Stillwater, served as toast-master for the informal program with each member reviewing high school days and reporting on his activities after graduation.

Making the arrangements were Mrs. Spencer Sessions, Mrs. John Egeleson, Mrs. Harley Churchill and L. G. Carson, Oklahoma City.

Miss Esther Redmond, former teacher of the class, gave the invocation. Mrs. Sessions read a list of the deceased members and letters from those unable to be present.

Others present included Mrs. Wile , Byron Deselms, Tulsa; Mrs. Gladys W. Ailing, Crowley, Texas; John Egelston, Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Hixon, Oklahoma City; Mrs. Mildred Johnston Earword, Leonard, Texas; Mr. & Mrs. Gus Holbert, Bartlesville; John B. Rowe, Shidler; Harley Churchill; Mrs. Martha E. Jones, Arkansas City; Dr. and Mrs. H. E. Hampton, Duncan, Mrs. Harriett Cox Woodworth, Tulsa; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Madden, Perry; Mr. and Mrs. George W. Plans were made to have the next reunion next fall with the same committee serving.
