NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in pursuance of an order of the County Court of the County of Logan and State of Oklahoma, made on the 22nd day of September A.D., 1953, in the matter of the estate of Orrin U BURRIGHT, deceased, the undersigned as the Executor of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, will on or after Saturday, the 10th day of October, A.D., 1953, and within six months from said last mentioned date, sell at private sale to the highest and best bidder therefor, (sic) all the right, title, interest and estate of said Orrin U BURRIGHT at the time of his death, and all the right title and interest that the said estate has, by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to all those certain lots, pieces, or parcels, of land lying and being in the Counties of Logan and Kay and State of Oklahoma, bounded and described as follows, and upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit:

  • Lot Twelve (12) in Block Seventy-three (73) in Guthrie Proper, in
  • Logan County, Oklahoma, for cash in hand paid, which said property
  • Cannot be sold for less than $1,080.00, that being 90% of the appraised
  • Value thereof;

  • Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) in block Eighteen (18) in West
  • Guthrie Addition to Guthrie, in Logan County, Oklahoma, for cash in
  • Hand, the interest of said estate in said property having been appraised
  • At $750.00, and which said interest cannot be sold for less than $675.00,
  • That being 90% of the appraised value thereof;

  • Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block Fourteen (14) in Plainview
  • Addition to the City of Ponca City, in Kay County, Oklahoma, for cash
  • In hand, which property cannot be sold for less than $4,950.00, that being
  • 90% of the appraised value thereof;
  • Offers or bids for said land must be made in writing, and the same may be left at any time before such sale at 514 South First Street, addressed to Orrin D. BURRIGHT, 514 South First Street, Guthrie, Oklahoma, or delivered to the undersigned personally, or the same may be filed in the office of the Judge of County Court of Logan County at Guthrie, Oklahoma.
