The divorce suit of Emily Olmstead against her husband, Earl Olmstead, came up in the district court at Enid, Tuesday.
After hearing the evidence the court decided there was no cause for action, but upon the recommendation of the defendant's attorney the woman was granted a divorce and a one half interest in forty acres of wheat. The plaintiff is to pay all court costs.
