When you write to the Court Clerk, send a Stamped Self-Addressed Envelope ask them to count the pages in the docket package, so you will know how much money to send. Be sure to give the information as shown on the following pages.
Price per copy: $1.00 for 1st page, additional copies .50 each. Send Stamped Self Addressed Envelope to:
