ADAMS, George D., WT-3/c Son of Mrs. Inez Adams, Woodward, enlisted in the Seabee Construction Battalion, and 15 of the months he has been in service, was spent in Bermuda. His wife lives in Des Moines, IA. Graduated from Sharon highschool, was engaged in farming at time of induction.
ADAMS, Wilbur N., T/4 Has been overseas 18 months, now in Germany; served in Italy with Co. H, 474th Inf., he was wounded at Anzio beachhead, and awarded the purple Heart. He enlisted in July, 1940. His mother, Mrs. Inez Adams, formerly of Sharon, lives at 308 1/2 Main.
ALTLAND, Paul, S. 1/c Twenty year old son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Altland of Fort Supply, entered the Navy on Navy Day, October 25, 1943. Assigned to a Seabee unit, he was sent to Pearl Harbor and is now stationed in the Marianas.

BALL, Wilber, Cpl Son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Ball, Sharon, is an administrative clerk, supply, 69th air serf. sqdn., stationed in the Philippines since going to Pacific two years ago. His only brother, Pfc. Eugene Ball, killed in action. His wife and small daughter live in Bucklin, Kas., with her parents.
BALL, Wilford, T/Sgt. Son of Mr. and Mrs. George Ball of Sharon, was inducted into service in November, 1942, and is now in Germany, having served with Headquarters Co., 272nd Infantry, First Army since leaving the States November 1, 1944. His wife, the former Berneice Ward, and their 8 month old son, Leonard Ray, live with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. E. Ward, Woodward.
BAILEY, Marvin, Sgt. Son of Mrs. Grace Bailey, Woodward, served in the European theater. Left the States last August. His wife lives in Kansas City.
BAIRD, Ralph, Jr., S/Sgt. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Baird, southwest of Woodward, turret gunner and engineer on a B-17 taken a prisoner by the Germans when his fortress was shot down February 22, 1944, after going overseas in November, 1943, was liberated from Stalag Luft 3 prison camp, Largere, Germany, returned to the States and is now at home. He was inducted into the air corps August 31, 1942. His wife, Mrs. Jackie Baird and small son live near Sharon with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Russell.
BAKER, Dorsey D., Lt. Son of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Baker, Anapolis graduate, called to service, Oct., 1942. Promoted basic, Treasure Island. Served 19 months in Southwest Pacific. Commander of landings on Leyte and Okinawa. In civil life, operator-owner The Baker Hotel. Wife, Letha and sons are awaiting his return. Now at New Orleans, La., for reassignment.
BAKER, Hollie E., Pvt. Now in Austria with the 97st Evac. Hospital Unit, has 16 months of service. His wife and small daughter, Sonya Sue are at home at 972 6th street. In civil life, Hollie was an up and coming carpenter and cabinet worker.
BAKER, Milo, SK 1/c Three years service, 20 months in Southwest Pacific, now an instructor on the west coast. Son of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Baker, Woodward. Milo is operator of the leading hotel in Pittsburg, Kansas.
BAKER, O. K., Lt. Com. Son of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Baker with Anapolis rating, entered service April 5, 1942, U.S.N.R., New Orleans, La. Now instructor at the Redlands University, Redlands, Calif. In civil life, oil man with headquarters at Midland, Texas, where his wife is keeping the home fires burning.
BARNETT, Herman Son of Mr. and Mrs. D. O. Barnett, north of Woodward, now assigned to the Navy V-12 unit, University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, studying to be an ensign; spent a year in the Aleutians with naval construction.
BELL, Vernie, Cpl. Cpl. Vernie Bell, 25, enlisted September 16, 1940 and went with the Oklahoma National Guard Unit of Woodward. Boot training at Fort Sill and now radio technician with Air Transport in China. One year over the southwest seas. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Bell, 519 North 8th street.
BENBROOK, Douglas, Lt. A. & M. ROTC, inducted April, 1943. Following training at Fort Bennings, Ga., and Officers Training School, Columbia, S. C., promoted to 1st Lt. Now with the 4th Inf. 7th Army, he has 18 months of overseas duty. Son of Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Benbrook, in civilian life was an attache of The Stock Exchange Bank.
BENBROOK, Temple, Lt. Son of Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Benbrook, enlisted March 17, 1942, with the new 90th Division at Fort Sill. From Camp Barkeley, he entered Officers Training, Fort Benning, Ga., and was commissioned February 2, 1943. Now with the Occupational forces, Wassenburg, Germany and overseas since October, 1944. In civil life, a banker. Temple's home is with his parents, 1708 Eighth St.
BENSON, James Wayne, T/3 Enlisted July 8, 1941, and was beyond Pearl Harbor, enroute to the Southwest Pacific at the time of the Jap sneak raid, December 7, 1941; served more than three years in Australia and the Southwest Pacific; returned to the States and was stationed at Fort Sill several months, before his discharge in May. Now home visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Benson.

BISHOP, Milo, RM Div. 5, USN Enlisted May 3, 1944, trained at San Diego. Saw action in Caroline Islands and Okinawa, overseas 7 months. 19 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Bishop, north of Woodward, he was employed on the Dwight Ferguson ranch, where his father is foreman.
BODENHEIMER, N., T/3 35-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bodenheimer of Fort Supply, returned to the States, landing in New York June 25, after 15 months duty in the European theater with a tank division, Ninth Army, and was sent to Camp Chaffee, Ark., and furloughed from there 30 days at home. Has ETO Ribbon, 4 battle stars and good conduct ribbon. His wife Mrs. Ethel Bodenheimer and their 13-year-old son will accompany him when he reports August 3, at Camp Chaffee to be sent directly to Camp Bowie, Texas.
BOGDAHN, Carl M. Carl M. enlisted January 1, 1943, and received Field Artillery and Officers Training at Fort Sill. At time of enlistment, was West Point Cadet. Now home with a medical discharge, he is assistant manager of the Bogdahn Rexall Drug Store, with his father. Carl and wife resides at 711 Elm.
BOGDAHN, Don H. Don H., 21 year old son of Mrs. and Mrs. O. C. Bogdahn, Woodward and Goltry, enlisted September, 1943 in the Air Corps and trained as a gunner of B-17's. Served with the 15th A. C. in Italy, nine months completing 35 missions. Awarded D. C. Air Medal and three Oak Leaf Clusters. Now at rest camp, Santa Monica, California.
BORCHARDT, A. W. "e;Sparky", Cpl. Twenty-two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Borchardt, east of Woodward, has been in service three years; was sent to the Pacific in March, 1943, and now stationed in the Philippines with the airborne engineers headquarters, as camera and typewriter repairman. At the time of his induction was employed at the Woodward Typewriter Exchange.
BREWSTER, Edward L., Cpl. Son of Mr. and Mrs. R. V. Brewster, 815 10th Street, enlisted November 2, 1942 and counts more than 17 months in the Italian fronts with the 15th Air Force. A technical propeller specialist, Edward is now stationed at Trinidad, B. W. I. In civilian life, he was a barber in his dad's shop.
BRITTAIN, Lyle, Cpl. Enlisted October '42, in Italian campaign, 1943. Son of Mr and Mrs. C. E. Brittain, Moscow Flats, Lyle was helping them with the farm when called.
BROWN, Glenn W., Cpl. Entered the service in August, 1942, with 86th Mdt. Inf. Bat.; overseas since June 13 in Italy and Yugoslavia. Son of Mrs. Pearl Brown, 1209 Kansas. His wife and small daughter reside in Mooreland.
BROWN, Wiley Dale, M.M. 2/C 20-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Brown, Mooreland, enlisted January 26, 1943, assigned to gun boat as motor mechanic's mate, serving in the Atlantic over a year, before transferring to Pacific theater.
BRUNER, Frank D., Sgt., USMC Sgt. Frank Enlisted in the Marines in Dec. 1942. After six months training spent 17 months in pacific, Tarawa, Marianas and Marshall Island conflicts; returned to states January 1945 for special officers and V-12 course and now in the University of South California Los Angeles. He is 20 years of age.
BRUNER, James N., RT-2/c Frank and James, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bruner, Redondo Beach, Calif. James enlisted in Dec. 1941 at the age of 18; served two years in the Pacific; returned to West Coast and spent several months in Naval Hospital for treatment of an illness contracted while in South pacific. In Sept., 1944 assigned to a battleship as radar operator and sent back to Pacific His wife and year old son live with his parents.
BUTLER, W. Ernest, Lt. Son of Rev. and Mrs. Jerry Butler, now of Guymon. A premed student at O. U. in 1938 and a degree of M. D. From Tennessee University in 1941. Completed a year internship at Norfolk, Va., and now at the Naval Base since July, 1942. His parents resided here several years when "'dad"' was minister to the Methodist church.
BUTLER, J. L. Lt. Jg. In service four and a half years, serving in the medical corps, in administrative work, general hospital in India, since leaving the States in February, 1945. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Butler of Curtis. His wife and baby daughter live in Windsor, N. Y.
BYNUM, Daniel R., Cpl. Son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Schramling, Sharon. 23 years old and a graduate of Woodward highschool. Inducted from Compton, Calif.

CALDWELL, James I. Son of Mr. and Mrs. I. I. Caldwell, Mooreland, is 19 years of age, and enlisted March 10, 1944. Graduate of Mooreland highschool and seeing service in the pacific.CARDIFF, William A., S.2/c Recently returned to the West coast for reassignment after a 30-day leave here with Mrs. Cardiff and their son, is now in the Naval hospital, Treasure Island for treatment and possible surgery for wounds received aboard his ship in the Pacific theater where he saw 10 months service. At the time he went into service early in 1944, he was employed at the Bosch Electric.
CALDWELL, F. Elwyn, MA. M. 2/c At time of his enlistment in Nov. 1942, was employed at Woodward Wholesale Grocery. Left the States April 1, 1943 and since stationed in England as a member of the mail personnel. His wife, the former Frances Clow, is living with parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Clow for the duration.
CAMERER, Lyle F., Sgt. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Camerer, a graduate of Sharon highschool, with the 838th Air Engr. Sqdn. of the 412th Air Service Gp. Two years overseas.
CARROLL, Leland R. Q.M. 2/C Only son of Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Carroll, 1115 Kas., has been in service four years, going to Pearl Harbor in January after Jap attach Dec 7, 1941; on patrol duty three years, he returned to the west coast in Jan. 1945 for a 30 day leave, assigned to a new destroyer as assistant navigator, for further duty in Pacific.
CASTOR, William C., Cpl. Enlisted in Woodward National Guard unit in Sept. 1940; went overseas with 45th Division in June, 1942, serving in headquarters artillery. Was awarded the Bronze Star for bravery at Anzio Beachhead, Italy. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Castor live south of Sharon.
CASTOR, Willis C., Pfc. Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Castor of Sharon, has been in service more than three years, and in the Pacific nearly a year and a half, serving with Company C. 3rd Signal Battalion. He is a graduate of Mutual highschool.
CHABINO, Clayton, Cpl. Son of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Chabino, inducted into service April 24, 1944 and now stationed at Camp Meade, MD., as a mechanic in the ambulance division, and expects to be sent overseas. His wife and two sons live on 17th street. A former member of the city police force.
CHASE, George, Pvt. Pvt. George Chase arrived Thursday to spend a two weeks furlough with Mrs. Chase and their baby daughter, whom he had never seen, and with his parents. CHRISTENSEN, Marion D., S/Sgt. Inducted Sept. 1943, sent to European Theater in Sept. 1944, had 35 missions as aerial gunner on a B-17, returned to States in May 1945, now stationed at Miami, Fla., for rest and reassignment. Has the Air Medal, 5 Oak Leaf Clusters, 2 Battle Stars, Presidential Unit Citation. He is the 20 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Christensen of Mutual. His wife, former Roberta Griffith, lives at Mutual.
CLARK, Clayton, Lt. Enlisted in September, 1940, served in the 45th Division until August 1942 when he transferred out for officer's training, commissioned November 7, 1942, sent overseas October 21, 1943, attached to the Ninth Air Force and saw service in England, Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland and is now in Cherbourg, France. His wife, the former Helen Street and their small son live in Woodward with her mother, Mrs. Edith Street. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Cleo Clark.
CLARK, M. A., ARM 3/C Son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Clark, Mutual, inducted in service, Dec. 17, 1943, and after boot training, attended NATTC at Memphis, Tenn.; was an officer of class R-34, graduating with honors; made petty officer, attached to ship's company as instructor in radar and radio
CHILTON, Henry, Pvt. Enlisted in the Army in January, 1942, sent overseas for service in Africa, Italy and the invasions of Southern France and into Germany, is now back in France, and expects to be sent home this summer; has required number of points for discharge. He is the son of Mrs. Ruth Chilton of Timewell, IL. He was reared near Woodward and attended Tangier school.
CLAYTON, Lyle, F/0 Entered service December 1942; received his gunner's at Tyndall Field, Fla. after cadet training, received his wings and commissioned an officer, April 14, 1945, and stationed at Luke Field. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton of Cedardale. His wife, the former Betty Hedges, lives with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Hedges of Vici.
CLAYTON, Marvin E. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Clayton of Lenora, entered the service in February, 1942 and has seen lots of European action. In civil life Marvin farmed near Cedardale. He is a nephew of Guy A. Derr, Woodward.
CLAPHAM, Donald W., S/Sgt. Son of Mrs. Ella Clapham, Sharon, enlisted January 15, 1942. Thirty months in the S. W. pacific, member of the 5th Air Force and wears four campaign stars. Returned to States in August, 1944, and stationed at Richmond, Va.
CLAPHAM, Wilbur G., Pfc. 28 year old son of Mrs. Ella Clapham, Sharon, entered the service April 1944, now stationed at Fort Meade, Maryland with Hq. Detch. His wife, Mrs. Elsie Clapham and four children live at Learned, Kas.
CLOW, Hubert, Cpl. More then three years in the service and several months in the Aleutian Islands, now stationed in California. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Clow, 1507 8th Street. In civil live member of the Woodward Amusement Company.
COCHRAN, Hershcel, ARM 2/C Only son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Bert Cochran, enlisted on his 18th birthday, July 30, 1943, trained 14 months at San Diego, Memphis, Tenn., Jacksonville, Fla., where he rated first in gunnery, and awarded crewman wings at DeLane, Fla. Now in Pacific serving as crewman aboard a "Hell Diver" bomber.
COLEMAN, Chester C., Pfc. Son of Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Coleman of Mutual, inducted into service April 1, 1944, and trained until Nov. 30 that year when he was sent to the European war zone, and is now at Sissone, France. Following his graduation from highschool, was engaged in farming with his parents.
CONVERSE, Harold D., pfc. Son of Mr. and Mrs. H. I. converse, Mutual, with the Hq. Co. 19st Infantry in the European theater. Harold is a graduate of Mutual highschool.
COOK, Cecil D., Cpl. Son of Frank Cook, Curtis, has been in service 3 years; left the States in Feb. 1945, and stationed in Brazil in the AAF. His wife, the former Nava Brown, and their son live at 410 Main. In civil life Cook was employed in construction of Fort Supply.
COOK, Thomas H., T/5 Son of Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Cook of Sharon, enlisted March 3, 1941; served in Aleutians three months, then to Hawaii, Marshalls, and Kwajalin; was in the Leyte and Okinawa invasions, in the heavy artillery unit; has eight Bronze Stars. His brother, Sgt. Clyde is supporting 2th Bomber command in India for 12 months.
CREECH, Danton D., Lt. Jg. Enlisted in Navy Apr. 30, 1942, graduated from Midshipman school Columbia University, New York, Feb. '43; sent to West Coast assigned to his aircraft carrier, which was commissioned Aug. 1943, and sent to the Southwest Pacific serving through battle of Tarawa, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa. He is the son of Supt. and Mrs. J. B. Creech of Mutual.
CREECH, Winfred R., Ph. M. 2/c Enlisted Dec 30, 1941; had boot and medical training at Great Lakes, and hospital work at Jacksonville, Fla; assigned to the Seabees; sent to North Africa and in invasion of Southern France; after a year he was assigned to an L.S.T. ship; returned to Boston in Jan, 1945, and on to Pacific where he is now serving.
CRISWELL, James, Cpl. Cpl. James Criswell, son of Mrs. Lillie Durrill, who has been overseas 18 months, stationed in England with the Eighth Air forces, as an armorer on Mustang Fighter planes, is now stationed in Holzkirchen, Germany, 18 miles south of Munich. He is attached to the 255th, on of the three Mustang groups, with the eight B-17 groups tentatively assigned to occupational duty. According to a clipping from the Stars and Stripes, that Cpl. Criswell sent his mother, the low point personal of the above units will continue to fly and service them in Germany. Ferry pilots are ferrying approximately 220 forts from their British bases to the Holzkirchen "staging" area at the rate of 20 a day.
CRITES, Carl, Pfc. Entered the service November, 1943, and has been in Southwest Pacific war zone a year. He was wounded at Leyte. Carl, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Crites, 305 North 11th, was employed at the Razien Metal Works when inducted.
CRITES, Evan Leon, Pfc. Enlisted in the spring of 1943 and is now in Italy after many important duties. Son of Mrs. Rhoda Crites, 11th and Jackson, Evan was a worthy employee at Woodward Dairy products, prior to his induction.
CULP, Robert V., P.O. 2/c 21 year old son of L. M. Culp, Woodward, enlisted Fepuary 17, 1941, and is serving in the Pacific many months. At time of enlistment was a cook at White Way Cafe. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Von Schritz.

DART, Preston E., Sgt. Son of Mr. and Mrs A. G. Dart of Fargo, taken prisoner by the Germans in the Belgian Bulge, Dec. 20, 1944, and interned at Marlag 10-C, near Bremen, until April 28, 1945, when he was liberated by the British army. He returned to States June 11, 1945. In service three years, he was overseas 15 months. His wife lives in Louisville, KY.
DAUPHIN, Laurence Dauphin is from Quinlan and was Navy bound in January. Trained at the Great Lakes Station, Illinois. Laurence
Pfc. Barnt R. DAVIS, Barnet R., Pfc. Inducted into the service Apr. 12, 1944; left States Nov. 30, 1944 for England; went to France in Jan. 1945 as hospital and and barber. Was Co-owner of the Davis-Readnour Barber Shop.
DAVIS, Bob L., Capt. Just returned to the States following three years of service, mostly in the European areas. The youngest son of postmaster and Mrs. Claude Davis, 1321 7th Street.
DAVIS, Eugene, Lt. Now in the European theater with three years of service. Son of postmaster and Mrs. Claude Davis. "Gene" is civil life is a pharmacist and active in the younger civic groups of Woodward.
DEARTH, William C., T/Sgt. Enlisted in July 1943 after several years with the U. S. engineers on the Fort Supply project and Tulsa; has served with the engineers in New Guinea and the Philippines since going to the Pacific in March, 1944. His mother, Mrs. Veda C. Dearth, now lives in Los Angeles, Calif.
DERR, Howard S., Capt. Of Quinlan, instructor at Bakersfield, Calif., army air base, and will go to the Pacific soon. His wife and small daughter are living with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Roberts while he is overseas.
DEVINE, Eugene C., Pfc. 22 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. George Devine, Woodward, entered the service three years ago, and is now stationed at Stout Field, Indianapolis, Ind., with the 800 AAF base unit. His wife is with him.
DeWALT, Frank I. Pfc. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank DeWalt, Woodward, enlisted in army Sept. 10, 1940, has been overseas 19 months; holds presidential Citation for Bravery under fire and has E.T.O. ribbons with five battle stars. At time of enlistment was engaged in farming.
DeWALT, Hugh J., ph.M. 2/c 24-year-old son of Frank DeWalt, Sharon: enlisted July 5, 1942 and now has 24 months of service in the southwest Pacific with 4th and 22nd Fleet Marine Corps and was in the Guam action. His wife, the former Florence Augusta Handley, resides at Lortsmoth, Va., where she is expecting a blessed event to cheer her soldier husband.
DeWALT, Hugh J., ph.M. 2/c Son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank DeWalt, Woodward, joined the Navy July 3, 1942. He has been overseas 20 months and holds presidential Citation for pavery under fire. He has four battle stars. Stationed at present at Norfolk, Va.
DODD, Harvey R., SF 2/c Went into the Navy Oct. 7, 1943, spent eight months as ship fitter in pacific, returned home for 21 day rest; sent back to Pacific and on Guam the past 10 months. His brother Virgil, in medics, recently met him there. Son of Mrs. Anna Dodd, Supply. His wife, Velma Marston Dodd is spending summer with her parents the M. L. Marstons.
DOHRER, Stanley, Ens. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Dohrer, enlisted in Dec. 1942, and after 18 months training was in May 1944 commissioned an ensign, and transferred to Sanford California, for combat training. In October 1944 sen to Pacific for two major campaigns, Lingayen Gulf and Iwo Jima and several minor engagements. Returned to States in may 1945, and on June 26 reported to Norfolk, Virginia for reassignment.
DUNLAP, James W., S.2/c R.M. Nephew of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wheeler, Woodward. Entered service June 4, 1944. Graduate of the Tangier highschool. Now stationed on Leyte as radio operator.
DWYER, Howard M., Pfc. Machine gunner with the 10th Mountain Infantry Div., in Italy since going overseas in Dec. 1944. Awarded Combat Infantryman's Badge, two battle stars, unit citation, ponze star medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster. Entered service Apr. 1944. parents are Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Dwyer of Belva. EDWARDS, J. E., Lt. s.g. Son of Mrs. Vivian T. Edwards, Woodward, was taking pre-flight training prior to pearl Harbor, is now commanding the V.T.B. out of Gibraltar. He patrolled the East Atlantic and South for many months during the height of German U-boat "epidemic." At the time he enlisted was employed at The Oliver Shoe Store.
EDWARDS, Wm. T., Cpl. Son of Mrs. Vivian T. Edwards, teacher in the city schools, in service two and a half years, has been overseas 22 months, No. Africa, Italy, Sicily, china-Burma-India theaters. He was awarded group citation while in Italy.
ELLIOTT, Coomer Q., Pvt. Coomer has arrived in the Philippines and has been assigned to the famed 32nd Red Arrow Infantry Division Veterans of the 32nd, after 119 consecutive days of combat have secured the Villa Verde Trail, high in the precipitous Caraballo Mountains of Northern Luzon. Pvt. Elliott will serve in Co. M of the Division's crack 128th Infantry Regiment. He left the U. S. for overseas duty in May, 1945. His wife, Mrs. Margaret Elliott and three children live at 413 Main, and his grandmother, Mrs. Emma Harris on Madison Ave.
ESPY, Merit L., Lt. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Espy, Vici. Overseas since July, 1944. Graduate of Woodward highschool and Junior college, and a student of Oklahoma University.
EVANS, Alfred R., T/5 Son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Evans, Woodward, in service since August 3, 1940 when he enlisted, was sent to the Pacific in May, 1942 and has served in Australia, New Guinea and the Philippines. He was wounded in action on Luzon March 25, 1945, but is back in action now.
EVANS, Lea O., T/Sgt. Son of Sarah Evans, Mutual, entered the service Fepuary 11, 1941. Served with the 45th Div., until his discharge in September, 1944. Wounded four times and awarded purple Heart and Three Oak Leaf Clusters. Also Infantry Combat Badge.
EVANS, Robert R., Pfc. Son of Sarah Evans, Mutual, entered the service in May, 1943. Received basic training in Georgia and now stationed with Air Transport Corps, Homestead, Fla.
