Mrs. T. E. Baker Dies Tuesday.
Mrs. T. E. Baker, long-time Woodward resident, died in Memorial hospital Tuesday night following a two day illness.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Stecher Mortuary with the Rev. J. C. Harris, pastor of the Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Millie Jane Baker was born at Princeton, Mo., Feb. 14, 1871. On Oct. 6, 1895, at Brunswick, Mo., she was married to T. E. Baker. In 1907 they moved from Earlton, Kans., to Woodward where they have made their home since that time. She was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, T. E., of the home; four sons; Dorsey D., Portland, Ore.; Orie K., Tulsa; Milo W., Pittsburg, Kans., and W. Earl, Woodward; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
