Mrs. Lossie Ball, 54, Mooreland died Sunday in Northwest Community hospital, Mooreland, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Mooreland First Paptist church. The Rev. Lynn Lamb, pastor and the Rev. Floyd Murray, Waynoka will officiate. Burial under the direction of Stecher Mortuary will be in Mooreland cemetery. Graveside rites will be by the Rebekah lodge of Mooreland.
Opal patterson was born near Haskew in Woodward county on October 9, 1916. On March 10, 1936 in Mooreland, she married Lossie Ball. She was a member of the Baptist church, Rebekah lodge and the Work and Play club. She lived in and near Mooreland all herlife except for four years spent in Colorado.
Survivors, besides her husband Lossie Ball, of the home, are three sons, Lewis Ball, Amarillo; Ray Ball, Mooreland, and Leonard Ball, Waynoka; and eight grandchildren.
