Doug Castor, 49-year-old Woodward resident, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2008 in the Woodward Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 2008 in the Billings Funeral Home with the Rev. Clyde Irving officiating. Interment will be in the Elmwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Douglas Dwight Castor was born on June 12, 1958 in Woodward, Okla. to William Clyde "Doc" and Ramona JoAnn (Smith) Castor. Doug attended Woodward schools and excelled in wrestling.

He loved to cook, dance and spend time with his friends and family.

He is survived by one brother Troy Castor and wife Theresa of Velma; two nieces, Debby Baker and husband Chris of Sharon; Tiffani Castor of Duncan; three nephews, Karsten Ludwig and wife Cheri of Wichita, Kansas; Bryan Castor of Velma; Jimmie Castor of Velma; two great nieces, Christina Baker and Kandice Baker of Sharon; one great nephew, Dustin Baker of Sharon; two uncles, Ernie Castor and wife Grace of Woodward; C.W. Castor of Chester; a very special friend Zetha Gann and several other friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Joe Smith and three sisters, Margaret Ann, Jeannie Flores and Peggy Kizer.
