W. O. Feese Dies Suddenly Today

W. O. Feese, 72, city street superintendent for the past 14 years died suddenly of a heart attack as he was enroute to the breakfast table at his home at 1505 Third street at 8 o'clock this morning.

Feese slumped to the floor and died a few minutes after he had been moved to his bed.

He is survived by his wife of the home, two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Thomas of Silver City, N.M., and Mrs. Bonita Nelson of Oklahoma Ctiy, and seven sons, Wylie Feese of Guymon, Dwight of Bartlesville, R. T. of El Reno, Clyde Lee of Oklahoma City and Hubert, Jimmy and George, all of Woodward.

Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Ada Conover of Campbell, Ky., Mrs. Horace Massie of Columbia, Ky., Mrs. W. L. Miller of Grand Junction, Colo., and Mrs. Cleve Thomas of Corbin, Ky., and a brother, W. A. Feese of Corgerg, Ky. In addition, there are six grandchildren.

Wylie Osborne Feese was born at Columbia, Ky., On February 26, 1875, later moving to McKinney, Tex., and to Amarillo, Tex. He move to Woodward 36 years ago.

Funeral Arrangements will be announced from the Stecher Mortuary tonight or Friday after the children arrive.
