Jesse E. Haller was born on February 1, 1884 in Kansas City, Mo., and departed this life April 13, 1950 at the age of 66 years, 2 months and 13 days.

He moved with his parents to Johnson County, Kansas when he was five years old. He spent his boyhood days in Kansas City, coming to Oklahoma in 1906 and filing a claim 7 miles north and three west of Mooreland, where he farmed for the past years.

He was married to Fairy Munsell on June 8, 1929. He was a loving husband and father.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Fairy Haller and 7 children, Virginia, Lona, James, Robert, Lynn, Cheryl, and Billy all of the home. One sister, Mrs. Viola Smith, three brothers, Frank Freyler of Philadelphia, Ohio, LeRoy Freyler of Overland Park, Kansas, and Fred Haller of Mooreland, also 5 nephews and 7 nieces and a host of friends.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 16, 1950 in the Mooreland Methodist church with Rev. Fisher Blanton officiating. Interment was in Mooreland cemetery under the direction of the Byron Mason Funeral Home.
