Funeral services for Wilma Jean Haynes of El Reno will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006 at the First Baptist Church in El Reno with the Rev. John Chennault officiating and Tracy Shear as soloist. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetary in Woodward, Okla. following the funeral service. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Haynes died Nov. 30, 2006 in her home. She was born May 16, 1927 in Norman, Okla. to John and Ester Glover. She was a graduate of Norman High School.

She was married to Ralph Sterling Haynes on Feb. 2, 1946 at her home in Norman. Jean was a homemaker and was employed with Anthony's and worked as coordinator for the Canadian County youth shelter. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in El Reno.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Brother J. M. Glover of Norman and Sister Dorothy Thornhill of Moore and daughters, Gloria Lewis and Debra Caldwell of Woodward.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph of El Reno; one son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Peggy Haynes of El Reno; son-in-law Jerry Lewis of Woodward and son-in-law Mike Caldwell and wife, Charise of Woodward. Grandchildren are Melissa Lewis of El Reno, Niki and Clifford Scott of El Reno, Micah Caldwell of Washington, D.C., Forrest Haynes of Norman and Paige Haynes of El Reno.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Russell Murphy Hospice, 221 S. Bickford, El Reno or the First Baptist Church, 401 S. Bickford, El Reno, OK 73036.
