John George Levings Sr., 90-year old Vici resident and former Buffalo resident, died Friday evening at the Vici Nursing Center, Vici.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday March 19 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Buffalo with the Reverend Phillip B. Creider celebrating, with burial in the High Point Cemetery under the direction of the Stecher Mortuary.

John George Levings Sr. was born on January 22, 1900 at Greenleaf, Kansas to John and Jane Levings. John was a farmer and rancher in the Buffalo area all his life. He is a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Buffalo.

John is survived by two sons Robert M. Levings of Phoenix, AZ, John G. Levings Jr. of Tulsa, two daughters, Cathy Brown of Woodward and Mrs. Carole Love of Phoenix, AZ, one brother Ray Levings of Buffalo, 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
