Services Set Tuesday For Ollie Rector

Funeral Services for Ollie Allen Rector, 82, of 2514 Kansas, Woodward, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, in the Chapel of Memories in Woodward. Dr. G. L. Messenger pastor of the First Christian church will officiate. Burial will be in the Gage Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Good Samaritan Funeral Service.

He died Jan 6 at Foss Lake.

Ollie Allen Rector was born September 3, 1897 in Decatur, Ill. When he was three years old the family moved to Gage. On June 9, 1919 he was married to Effie Frances Elizabeth Probasco in Perry and they made their home in Gage after residing in Ponca City for a year. In 1946 they moved to Woodward. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Woodward.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Frieda Farrell of Woodward; two grand-children, Mrs. Melvin (Donna) Gaston of Woodward and Dr. L. K. Farrell of Pocatello, Idaho; four great-grandchildren.
