Fannie Reed Dies Monday, Funeral (Today) Thursday
The death of Mrs. Fannie Reed, 79, occurred Monday in Woodward hospital following a short illness. She was a member of the Baptist Church and had resided in Mooreland area for 65 years.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 o'clock (today) Thursday, Dec. 2 at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Vernon Liles officiating, assisted by Rev. Jake Armstrong of Friona, Texas.
Burial will be in the Haskew Cemetery under direction of the Knittel Funeral Home.
She is survived by three sons, John, Freedom; Leo, Friona, Texas; and Henry, Midwest City; four daughters, Mabel Parsons, Woodward; Ethel Hurst, Fresno, Calif.; Eva Sample, Laverne; and Mary Kaiser, Pratt, Kans.; also 30 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
