W. K. Hale and John Ramsey, indicted for the murder of Henry Roan, an Osage, will be arraigned in federal court, it was announced. Fred Rowe, Pawhuska cattleman, who appeared before the grand jury as a witness was arrested on a charge of perjury, filed by Roy Lewis, United States district attorney. Lowe, who is said to be a close friend of Hale, immediately furnished $10,000 bond and was released. Complaints against Rowe were the only perjury charge filed but Lewis intimated other witnesses might be arrested later.
