--Blackwell, Okla.-- W. Hart of Woodward, Okla., was elected president of the Oklahoma Anti Horse Thief association at its twenty seventh annual convention here Thursday. By laws and a new constitution, as framed by the committee were adopted by the delegates.
El Reno was named as the meeting place for the 1922 convention.
Other officers elected are: A. E. Walker, Newkirk, vice president F. A. Bush, Shawnee, secretary; W. B. Angelo, Okarche, national delegate and E. W. Steele, Enid a member of the executive board.
