Guthrie-Three alleged counterfeiters were indicted by the federal grand jury, secret service officials reported. All were arrested in December, when secret service operatives made a clean-up of the state, making nine arrests. George Lear of Oklahoma City was indicted on four counts, charging counterfeiting. Tony Ferrell of El Reno and Bert Davis of Ardmore were indicted on three and two counts, respectively, for raising bank notes.
