Enid Sun—It is probably that Oklahoma is at present the most widely advertised territory or state in the Union and all because United States Marshal Harry Thompson has appointed a few women on his force as deputy United States marshals.

From the most ancient history of the human family we learn that women have been adept at capturing men. Mother Eve set the place in the Garden of Eden and snared Adam on a pin hook or with an apple and women are true to their early teaching today and will be just the same tomorrow as well.

Later on we will hear of good efficient work being done by Oklahoma’s women United States Deputy Marshals.
