November 5, 1892


Deputy Marshal Lindsay brought in Ed Rains forfeited bail bond.
Deputy Booker brought in Charles Sealy, charged with horse theft.
Deputy J. G. Cory brought in Tom Watson, from the South Canadian, charged with introducing five gallons of whiskey into the land of the red man. he will be tried today before Commissioner Easton.
Deputy John Wainer brought in Rogers, charged with assault to kills.
Deputy G. B. Tucker brought in C. Brown, an Indian, indicted by the federal grand jury now in session, for introducing and selling liquor. he gave bond for a future appearance.
Deputy Jeff Mynatt brought in Sam Smith, jointly indicted with Charles Brown. He also gave bail.
Deputy D. E. booker also came in, accompanied by Mrs. Keys, an attached witness.
Deputy Ran Dickerson yesterday brought in J. G. Campbell, charged with the murder of Jeff Garrett, at Lehigh, I. T., which occurred recently.
Deputy James Chancellor also came in yesterday with Lawrence Foster, a full blood Creek Indian, as an attached witness in a murder cases.
