Carl O. Downing, S 2-C

A member of the Shore Patrol, Downing is stationed with the U. S. Navy at Farragut, Idaho.

Before entering service in October, 1941, he was a member of the Merced, California Police force.

He is 26 years of age and was graduated from Guthrie highschool.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. O. P. Downing, 117 S. Broad St.
