Pfc. Emmett O. McGuire

An expert with rifle, pistol and machine gun, McGuire entered the army December 10, 1942 and is now stationed with a mechanized cavalry at Norfolk, Va., as a tank driver.

He graduated from Crescent highschool and was formerly employed at the Dunlop Tire and Rubber Company.

His wife, Mrs. Inez McGuire is with him in Norfolk.

He is 28 years of age and the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. McGuire of Crescent.
