Stationed with the U. S. Marine corps in the Solomon Islands.

Has been in the service since September 7, 1942 and is 21 years old.

His parents Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Miles live at Mulhall.

Attended schools at Temple, Texas, Mulhall and Jefferson, where he was graduated.

He is in the gunnery division of the Marines.

Was employed at Fairmonts before entering the service.
