Pfc. William H. Travis

Has received a medal as an expert rifleman.

He entered the Marine Air Corps on July 6, 1943 and is now stationed in the ordnance department at Norman.

He is 18 years of age, a graduate of Guthrie highschool and was employed at Fairmont Creamery prior to his induction.

His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Travis, 419 N. First St.
