Oregon Rangers Roster; this militia was organized March 9, 1844 and the roster recorded March 14, 1844. It was formally chartered after the Legislature of the Oregon Provisional Government met late June, 1844; Provisional Legislature records are in the Oregon State Archive Mss collection #1125-1131 and 1381 but this roster has been copied in other sources.
