Miss Pearl Coole, chief telephone operator at Baker for the last 7 years, became the bride of Carl Jacobson, a prosperous young man of North Powder. The young couple were married at pendleton and will make their home in Portland.

Quite a number of friends were present to witness the ceremony and assist in making way with a sumptuous feast. It was quite a joyous time and all went merry a feast, etc.
