Mrs. Carrie Eleanor Hiatt Kasinger died at the Grande Ronde hospital Monday afternoon, Dec. 31 following a long illness.
Funeral services wil be held at the Snodgrass and Zimmerman mortuary Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock wirth burial at the Masonic cemetery. She was born to Mr. and mrs. Sam Hiatt, APril 9, 1902 at Plano, Utah and was 32 years, eight months and 22 days of age at death. he had lived in La Grande the last 26 years.
Mrs. Kasinger leaves to mourn her, her widowed husband, J. T. Kasinger; two daughters, June Louise, 6, and Mary Eleanor, 22 months, her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Hiat, nine brothers and three sisters besides other relatives. the brothers and sisters follow; David Hiatt, Arch Hiatt, Steve Hiatt, Lyman Hiatt, Lester Hiatt, Merlin Hiatt, Alma Griffith, ida Banton, Anna Cross, all of La Grande; Frank Hiatt, Klammath Falls; Willard Hiatt, Cambridge, Ida., and Charles B. Hiatt of Clarkston, Wash.

Mr. Fronia C. Kasinger, 81, 1511 Adams avenue died at home yesterday after a brief illness. She was a resident of Union county 38 years.
Services will be held June 4, 2 p. m. under Rev. Zehring. Burial will follow in Summerville cemetery. Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. Lillie Fehr, Woodland, Wash., Floy Davis, San Francisco, Mrs. Hattie Bell, Hood River; Mrs. Audmer Ruckman, Oakland; Mrs. Keith Glenn, Summerville, and Mrs. Douglas Wright, San Francisco; two sons, Lyman Kasinger, Portland, and Jack Kasinger, San Francisco; sister Mrs. Tom Mayfield, Oak Ridge Missouri; three brothers, 31 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Jack Kasinger, resident of San Francisco, Calif.; formerly of La Grande, died Monday in San Francisco.
Services will be in South San Francisco, Lincoln Mortuary, Thursday, with burial in Colma, Calif.
Mr. Kasinger was well known in La Grande, having worked for the Oregon State Highway Department. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Robert Kohler, La Grande; Mrs. Roy Brewer, San Bruno, Calif.; Mrs. Roy Finsterbusch, South San Francisco, Calif.; James Kasinger, San Francisco, Thomas E.. Kasinger, San Francisco; 13 grandchildren, one great grandchild, and six sisters including Mrs.. Hester Glenn of Summerville.

Mrs. Keith Glenn received word that her brother, Lyman Roy Kasinger died Sunday of a heart attack at his home in Oregon City.
He had been a resident of Imbler and La Grande several years ago, and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Kasinger.
Survivors include a daughter, Gertrude Persyn of Oregon City, and two [*] grandchildren; one brother Jack T. Kasinger, San Bruno, Calif.; sisters Lillie Fehr, Woodland, Wash.; Floy Davis, San Francisco, Calif., Hattie Bell, Hood River, Bessie Ruckman, Oakland, Calif., Hester Glenn, Summerville, and Lola Wright, San Bruno.
Funeral services were held today at 10 a.m. in Oregon City.

He was born February 23, 1898 at Millersville, MO. My uncle had [*] three grandchildren and a second daughter, Lola E. Kasinger, of Salem, OR. He was principally raised in Imbler and resided in Union County for many years.
Thomas U. Kasinger passed away at the Grande Ronde hospital Saturday evening after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at the Summerville chapel Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with the Snodgrass and Zimmerman mortuary in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Kasinger has been a resident of the valley for the last 26
years and was born in Illinois, July 1,1864. He was 73 years and 22 days
of age at his death. He was married to Sophronia Caroline Hartle,May 12,
1889 and is survived by his widow, eight children, a number of grandchildren
and four great-grandchildren. His children are Mrs. [Lillie] J. W..

Hood River; Lyman Roy Kasinger, The Dalles; Linus Jackson Kasinger, San
