This photograph dates to 1932, my father and his brother were employed by the Oregon State Highway Commission for many years. In this photo the crew was tarring a road, location unknown, but it was in Union County. My uncle, Lyman, is in the foreground, my father, Jack Kasinger, is in the background, second on the viewer's right. One of them men on the platform was a Rollins.
