Lewis, Wallowa Co. OR

My GreatGrandMother, Alta Swikert Lewis was the postmistress at Lewis Oregon.  The original postoffice was in her home.  This photo was taken in front of the house about 1913.  The home no longer stands.  It was down in a small valley off Lewis road about 3 miles from the present site of the Salmon School house.  Left to right, Oscar Swikert, Susie Lewis Kline, Sylvia Lewis Gregory, Mildred Kline, George William Lewis (my Grandfather) Alta Swikert Lewis, holding baby, Hazel Kline, Grace, ?
