"This Indenture made this tenth day of October eighteen hundred seven by & between John Casey of the County of Jackson & State of Georgia of the one part & Littleberry Brooks of the same State & County aforesaid of the other part Both? Witnesseth that for & in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him the sd. John Casey in hand paid by the said Littleberry Brooks the receipt whereof the sd.
