Item my will is first that all my property I shall hereafter mention first be valued by men who may be chosen for that purpose and then the property to be divided amongst my heirs which I shall hereafter mention by the valuation or price set thereon by appraisers if the Legatees can agree in such division but they the said Legatees cannot agree in taking the property at the appraisement as aforesaid then my Will is that all the property hereafter to be mentioned be sold at public Sale & the money which arise threfrom be equally between my daughter Esther Graham, Isaac Borders, John Borders, Rachael Hixon Stephen Borders Phebe Borders & Ruth Borders after first giving my wife Mary Borders her portion which is to be equal to two of the other Legatees Also my will is that before the division is made as before mentioned after the value of my property being ascertained that my daughter Margaret Click shall have four dollars to be paid her by my executors hereafter to be mentioned out of the said appraisement as her Legacy The property which is to be divided in manner & form as before mentioned is as follows (viz) Three hundred twenty three acres of land together with all the improvements thereon Also five negroes names Bob Joe Devis? Ephraim & Moses Also nine head of horses also all my Stock of cattle sheep hogs & geese together with all my household furniture & using tools of all kinds that I possess Also one Waggon & geer & one Still also all my money together with all the debts that is due me

In the name of God Amen, I John Green of Jackson county & State of Georgia being sick in body but of perfect mind & memory & calling to mind the mortality of my body do make & ordain this & no other to be my last will & testament in manner & form following (viz) 1st I recommend my Soul into the hands of almighty God that gave it me & my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the discretion of my executors & and as touching such worldly estate Wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I give dispose & bequeath the same as follows (viz)
1st It is my desire that my lawful Debts be paid
2nd I will to dearly beloved wife Jane Green the plantation whereon She is going to live with a negro girl named Lucy & one feather bed & furniture during her life or Widowhood & also one bay horse a cow & calf together with such plantation tools as may be necessary to carry on a farm which said property at her death or marriage shall belong to my son William Green & provided the before mentioned negro girl Luci given to my wife & then William shall bring forth children the first child shall belong to my daughter Margarett the to my daughter Matilda & the third to my daughter Sarah & the said negro with the rest of her ofsprings shall be Williams with one roan horse or his value when he becomes of age
3rd I will to daughter Margarett one horse & saddle worth seventy five Dollars one cow & calf & one bed & furniture
4th I will to my son John Green when he becomes of age one negro boy named David & one sorrel colt
5th I will to my daughter Matilda Green one horse & saddle worth seventy five Dollars one cow & calf one bed & furniture
6th I will to my daughter Sarah Green one horse & saddle worth seventy five Dollars one cow & calf one bed and furniture
7th It is my will that one tract of land lying in Wayne County first District No 383 Shall be sold & the sum received for it be equally divided among my wife & children & all Debts as shall be due to me as shall be collected shall constitute to pay my Debts & support the family And I do hereby constitute & appoint Jane Green & Robert Bickers and Thomas Wilson my sole executors of this my last will and testament in Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 23rd day April 1807

First I commend my soul to God who gave it and my body to be buried in a decent Christian burial. Secondly I appoint constitute and ordain my son Fuller Milsaps and my son Ezekiel Milsaps as executors to this my last will and testament. As to my worldly goods I give and bequeath in the following manner:

First I give to my son Ezekiel the land and plantation whereon I now live and one hundred acres adjoining Jacob Milsaps on Barbers Creek and one Lot in the third district Houston No. 187. I further give to my son Ezekiel Milsaps my negro fellow Jim, together with all my stock of horses, cattle and other live stock whatsoever together with all my household and kitchen furniture. Georgia } I, John Martin, of the County & State aforesaid
Jackson County} being of somewhat afflicted in body but being
of sound mind & memory, and knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament, in manner & form following to wit.
First. I give my soul to God who gave it. and Secondly I give my body to be buried in Christian Burial order.
Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary Martin one hundred acres of Land, being a part of the tract or parcel of Land whereon I now live. taken off so as to include the dwelling House, and all out buildings, with all my cattle, hogs, Sheep & poultry, with one Grey mare, one chestnut Sorrel Mare and one Bright Sorrel Mare, with all my plantation Tools, Vehicles and implements as a home and support for my daughters Nancy and Ruthy, during their Virginity, and a home for my younger Sons till they arrive at the age of Twenty one years - To have and to hold during her natural life, and all to be disposed of at her discretion save the said one hundred acres of Land, which at her death shall become the property of my two sons Levi and Maliki.
Fourthly, I give and bequeath unto my Son William Martin Twenty pounds of Goose Feathers. To my Daughter Betsy Hunter one Brindel Cow and Calf which she now has in possession. To my Son Elisha Martin, one young Spanish Horse and one Rifle Gun. To my son John Martin one brown Mare and one Rifle Gun.To my Son Elijah Martin one brown Filly and one Musket. To my son Levi one sorrel Colt and one Shot Gun. To my son Simeon one bay Mare Colt and one Shot Gun.

At the decease of my wife, Phebe Boring, I give and bequeath to my children hereafter named, an equal dividend of all the property specified in the above and third item, or the proceeds thereof, to wit, John Boring, Elizabeth Lyle, Robert Boring, Phebe Johnson, Isaac Boring, Phebe Johnson having regard to the property already given, and for which receipts are taken.
Item 5th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Susannah Tait five dollars, to be paid to her by my Executor out of my money arising from the Sales of any of my property.
Item 6th. I give and bequeath to my Grand Children Asenath Adams, Sarah Adams, Elizabeth Adams, Joseph Adams, Penelope Adams, Delilah Tait, and Mary Tait, one Seventh part of my Estate, placing them in the same situation, and allowing them collectively the same share allowed to the rest of my children.
Item 7th. I give and bequeath to my Grand Children by my daughter Asenath Wafer, deceased, to wit, Thomas Wafer, James Jackson Wafer, one seventh part of my Estate. Viz one seventh to be equally divided between the two.
Item 8th. I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Sarah Adams, named in the Sixth Item, in addition to that Legacy, one Feather Bed and furniture, one Cow and Calf -
Item 9th. I give and bequeath to my Grandson James Jackson Wafer one feather Bed and furniture, and one Horse Colt in addition to his Legacy aforesaid.
Item 10th. All the residue of my Estate, real or personal, to wit., two Tracts Land in the County of Lee, two Tracts in the County of Gwinnett, one in Jackson whereon David Thomas formerly and adjoining Waid Slaton, I give and bequeath to my Children & Grand Children under the same rule and proportion by which their several Legacies are herein before regulated. and that my Executor do proceed to sell and dispose of the said Lands, as soon as it may be thought by them to be most expedient and condusive to the Interest of the respective Legatees, and that distribution of the proceeds thereof may be made.
Item 11th. It is to be understood as the true intent and meaning of the foregoing Items making distribution of my property between my Children and Grand Children, that each respective Family of Grand Children, are to be entitled to no more than an Individual Child from whom they decended would be entitled, upon an equal division of the whole property. It is also to be understood: that by the word appurtenances, in the third Item, is intended to embrace Household and Kitchen furniture, working Tools, or whatever may be found upon the premises belonging to me.
Item 12th. It is my Will and desire that should both of my Grand Children, Thomas Wafer, and James Jackson Wafer, decease while in an Age of minority, and hierless, that all the property bequeathed to them shall revert to my other Children, and in the same proportion of their other Legacies.

3d I Give and bequeath to my grand Son James M. Garner one negro girl named Caroline and her increase also the tract of land whereon Green Garner now lives & which I purchased from George Shaw all these and no more

In the name of God Amen, I JAMES SMITH...considering that I cannot live long in consequence of the present diseased state of my body...I make ordain & constitute my friend Ephraim Jackson together with my two sons viz ALFRED SMITH & JAMES M. SMITH my Executors.

I leave & Bequeath unto my three sons viz CHARLES SMITH, ALFRED SMITH AND JAMES M. I leave my old Negro woman JUDE to choose at her discretion which of my children she will live with and the one she may choose to live with to be bound to take car of her during her natural life. I leave & bequeath one hundred bushels of wheat and the present standing crop together with a sufficiency of my hogs for the support of my family for one year.

I leave all the balance of my Estate consisting of whatever it may (excepting two lots of land drawn by me in originally Early County) to be sold a publik outcry at the discretion of my Executors by their giving 30 days notice...equally divided among all my lawful heirs after all my Just debts are paid.

I, James Wheeler, of the county and state aforesaid being old and infirm convinced of my approaching end make this my last will and testament.

I leave to my son John Wheeler's children that tract of land whereon said son now resides. I have heretofore given my son Daniel Wheeler the tract of land I now live on, and it is still my will that said Daniel shall have said tract of land as his full share of my estate. I give my daughter Charity Wheeler my bay mare and cow and calf, five of the first choice of hogs, one feather bed, bedstead, and furniture, all my kitchen furniture of all kinds together with all the cotton and half the corn and wheat that I may have at my death both in the field and gathered.

The balance of my property of all kinds I wish to be equally divided between all my children with the exception of my son Daniel Wheeler who has, as above stated, received his full and entire portion of my estate.

I constitute and appoint my son John Wheeler and my son Daniel Wheeler executors of this my last will and testament.
