Personal and Gleanings
Mr. W. M. Darnell, a highly respected citizen of the Valley, was found in an unconcious condition on the side of the road near the residence of Dock Burrell, last Sunday about 2 o'clock and died in a few minutes after being carried by friends to an empty house nearby. His wife preceded him to the great beyond about four years ago. He leaves four children to mourn his departure. Three sons, one of whom is in the west, and one daughter.
[Note: this is believed to be William Harrison Darnell, son of Harrison and Nicy Grist Darnell.]
