The following index is of "Minutes, 1826 - 39, Rabun County" located in the Probate Judge's office in the county courthouse in Clayton, GA. Aside from the testator index, the names of orphans, slaves (as many as I could find), and miscellaneous other items are also included. Spelling of the names is as it appears in the book. Consult the original for more information. Because the miscellaneous items also included guardianship records, I've left them with this index instead of moving those items to "Court Records".
