Directions: From the corner of Harrison and W. Main St. in Franklin, go North on Hwy. 28 (Bryson City Rd.) for 2.8 miles. Turn left onto Airport Road. Go about 2.3 miles. Yield to the left onto Olive Hill Road. Go about 3.9 miles. Olive Hill Road becomes Upper Burningtown Road. Go another 1.9 miles. Take a right onto a small dirt road marked only with a small sign reading "Tippet Cemetery". Go across the bridge. Take the right fork. Tippett Cemetery is at the bottom of the hill; Oak Dale Cemetery is at the top of the hill.
