This Indenture made the twenty second day of february one thousand Eigh hundred and thirty tow Betwen Jesse Saunders of the one part & Jesse Ledford of the other part - Witnesseth that for & in Consideration of the sum of one hundred & fifty Dollars to the sd. Jesse Saunders in hand paid by the sd. Jesse Ledford at or before the Sealing & Delivering of these presence the [receipt] whereof he doth hearby acknolige - and by these presence he the sd. Jesse Saunders doth Grant Bargin sell alien & confirm unto the sd. Jesse Ledford & his heirs a Certain piece or parcal of Land Situate Lying & being in the County of Macon and State of North Carolina [illegible] as follows Begining as follows viz in a w. oak the S W Corner of No. 89 thence E 100 Ps to a B. oak thence S. 100 Ps. to a Hickry the S.W. Corner of No. 86 thence West one hundred poles to a w. oak thence north one hundred poles to the Begining togather with all houses buildings Orchards woods watters mines minerals Heredetements[?] & appurtenances to the sd. Land belonging which or by the plat hearunto [illegible] Contains Sixtytow & one half acres and the said Jesse Saunders do for him self his heirs administrators and assigns promis & Grant to & with the sd. Jesse Ledford his heirs and assigns by these presents that the sd. Jesse Ledford is sersed[?] of a good Sume perfect & indegeasible[?] Estate of inheretance[?] in fee simple of and and [sic] in the primeses hearby Bargained & sold Clear of all former Rights Grants Barganed[?] and [illegible] Dower Righ & tittle[?] of Dower Judgments Executions and Incumbrances whatever & the sd. Jesse Sanders for himself his heirs do warrant the said premises hearby Bargained & sold to the sd. Jesse Ledford his heirs and assigns forever against him the sd. Jesse Saunders his his [sic] heirs & all & every person and persons whatsoever in witness whereof the said Jess Saunders hath hearunto set his hand & seal the Day & date above witness
