The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Franks, aged about ten weeks died Sunday of croup. The bereaved parents have the sympathies of the community.

Mr. John Corbin an estimable citizen of Millshoal Township fell dead while hoeing corn in his field last Monday. He was about 87 years of age.
