State of North Carolina } Macon County October 22 = 1829 }
Know all men by these presents that I George Brown of the county of Macon and state aforesaid. I do command and will to my [prinale?] the goods and chattles lands and [tenement?] that I now own in the following manner. After paying all my just debts the ballance to remain in possession of my wife untill the youngest child comes of age except she marrys another man, and if she marrys another man the property to be equally divided amongst the heirs of Thomas B. Love. My will is that my wife shall not bargain nor sell any of the goods and chattles lands and tenements without the [***] of Thomas B. Love. I leave him as gardian for my heirs till they come of age. Witness whereof I set my hand and seal this day and date above written
