In the matter of the } Administration of the } Application for Letters Estate of John Corbin }
John L. Corbin being sworn doth say: That John Corbin late of said County is dead, without leaving any Will and Testament and that by request of the heirs is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate of the said John Corbin. Further, that the value of said estate so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application is about $200.00 and that J. M. Corbin, L. W. Corbin, P. P. Corbin, Vina Dills, Jane Mashburn, Wm. Corbin's Heirs, A. Holland's Heirs, Clarinda Fox, Modena Corbin's Heirs, are entitled as heirs and distributers [theref***].

Sworn to and subscribed before me this 24th day of Aug. 1891 and it appearing from the written consent of elder heirs that John Corbin should [qualify] as administrator, the said application is granted and it is ordered that upon his filing sufficient bond that Letters of Administration issue.
