It appearing to my satisfaction from the verified application of M. L. Daves, that Joseph Daves late of said County is dead, died without leaving any last Will and Testament, and application having been made to me in writing by M. L. Daves for Letters of Administration on said estate and the said M. L. Daves having tendered his bond with good security, I have this day appointed and duly qualified the said M. L. Daves & Joseph Morgan administrators.
Letters of Administration issued, this the 18th day of August 1877.
