I C. A. Setser do solemnly swear that Henry Dills late of said County is dead without leaving any will and testament and that at the request of his heirs-at-law he is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate of the said Henry Dills. Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application is about $100.00 and that B. S. Dills, [F?.] E. Dills, J. M. Dills, N. C. Love, L. R. Patton, H. H. Dills, N. R. Dills, M. S. Dills, J. R. Dills, R. V. Dills and Sam Dills are entitled as heirs and distributees thereof.

Upon the hearing of the foregoing applications and at the request of the heirs above named the application is hereby granted and it is ordered that Letters issue to said C. A. Setser upon his tendering bond approved by the Court.
