James Hubbards Will
I James Hubbard considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind & memory blessed be Almighty God for the same to make and publish this my last will & testamet [sic] in the manner and form following (that is to say) first I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Polly Hubbard one tract of land that I now live on No. 37 District No. 1 seventy three acres & also all my personal estate goods & chattles of what [unreadable] & nature soever[.] I will that my daughter Polly Hubbard takes care of my well beloved wife Elizabeth Hubbard dureing her natural life and I do appoint my daughter Polly Hubbard sole exeutrix [sic] of this my last will and testament herby revoking all former wills by me made[.] In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd of June 1841

Signd sealed published and declared by the above named James Hubbard to be his last will and Testament in the pesents [sic] of us who at his request and in his pesents [sic] have subscribed our own names as witnesses therto
