In the name of God amen
I Levi Truet of Macon County and State of North Carolina am about to die. I give my body to the earth to be buried and my spirit unto God who gave it; first of all my just debts be paid this being my last will and testemant I am of a sound my mind and in my proper senses, first of all I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Susannah Truet all my personal property as long as she liveth, and my wife is to give my daughter Susanna Truet, what she shall think proper out of it. As witness my hand and seal this 15th day of December 1830
