Resolutions of Respect
WHEREAS, FRANK E. STRAWDER, a resident of this state, a
member of the legal profession, and for many years a citizen of this city, died in the city of Clark, on the sixth
day of June, A. D. one thousand nine hundred and six, and,
WHEREAS, the high standing of the deceased, as a member of
the legal profession, as well as his exalted citizenship and many special virtues, demand notice of his memory
on our part.
Therefore, Be It Resolved, By the undersigned members of the
Clark Bar Association, that we deeply deplore the dispensation of Divine Providence in thus removing
from our midst an able member of our profession, who fulfilled the highest duties of citizenship, and
endeared himself to his fellow-men by his uniform courtesy and noble generosity.
