Two small children of the Weatherby's
buried near by, there are only four people buried on the Weatherby old home
place, their is no name for this cemetery. The property originally
belonged to William Weatherby's father & Mother, John & Juley Ann
Weatherby, then William, the Forrestry Dept now owns the land, there was another
Weatherby property just a short distance down the road, that John, Russell and
Margaret lived for many years,
after they died Roscoe Weatherby (William Weatherby's son owned it, he later
sold that to the Forrestry Dept. You have to take four wheelers to get to
Old Weatherby home place and the graves now.
